our head coach

Stephanie McKenzie has a relentless passion for creating long-lasting culture in the realm of youth sports programs.  She has spent over a decade working to revolutionize the way people view coaching youth sports.  Putting emphasis on practice planning and game strategy preparation, making sure no player is bigger than any program, and teaching athletes to play their sport with the highest level of character and integrity.

Stephanie was a 3 sport all-star athlete in high school and a varsity soccer and softball athlete for the University of Tampa where she led the team in hitting, and received all conference softball honors. She then completed her Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.  Her coaching career began at the age of 19 where she coached varsity basketball and volleyball for The Rock School in Gainesville, FL for several years.  She spent a three seasons as the varsity softball coach for Tampa Preparatory School from 2016-2018, and of course created the Tampa Revolution back in 2011 where she has been fortunate to work with hundreds of players, win many tournaments, create lifelong #revoforevo memories, and see young women achieve their dreams through a vast array of collegiate scholarships. Personally you can catch her on the beach playing doubles volleyball and she still laces up her cleats on the slow-pitch diamond from time to time.

With her vast array of athletic experience and extensive coaching experience, she strongly desires to create a revolution of coaches + players and help them make an impact in their respective sports.
