BRAND + COMMITMENT WORKSHOP

This session combines players and coaches. Together we spend time focusing on the creation of your team's brand, as well as develop players (and coaches) commitments to the team. Both of these areas are extremely important to a team's success. This is a two part workshop that includes a follow up session.

COACH DEVELOPMENT

This workshop is geared towards one on one time with your coaching staff. Practice planning, parent management, game day strategy/coaching style. These are three big components/challenges for most coaches. They also cause the most stress! We focus on your cultural foundation to ensure your team is on the same page to help sustain long term success.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

This workshop combines players and coaches. We will spend time diving into your team's goals, player + coach strengths and shortcomings, and most importantly break down and/or help establish a foundation of culture based on the goals of your program. This workshop can also include a parent component if desired (and is highly recommended!)
