We are so passionate about the world of youth sports. It is a crazy world, that seems to get crazier by the day. Between players team hopping, parents vicariously living through their children, uneducated coaches. The list could go on and on. It's all a recipe for disaster. Programs all over have become watered down, trophy chasin', lack of commitment groups of individuals. There is an "all about me" mindset that has taken this next generation of athletes by storm. Their level of commitment to a program, to a coach, is lacking more and more. We are here to stop all of these things from happening one single coach, player, team at a time.
A revolution can be defined as a sudden, complete or marked change in something.
We desire to be that marked change. To create a revolution in the realm of youth sports. From recreational ball to travel/club/AAU to high school. We want to challenge the teams we work with to be bigger than themselves. To buy into a culture that will produce long-lasting success! Because what people to tend lose sight of as they chase those trophies, are the very things that makes sports great. The relationships, the memories. The work ethic it instills. The need to overcome adversity. To win AND lose graciously.
Sports in general is so much bigger than the actual act of playing a game. We will strive to remind people of this every single day by developing a culture of revolutionary coaches + players all over the world.
